The Girls

This past weekend I went to my sister's in Virginia Beach for her baby showers. Of course she doesn't even look 7 months pregnant :) We don't look like family do we?? ;)

Proud Mommy!!!

Ethan has been taking pictures with my camera and I couldn't resist posting them. Some of them are a little blurry but he does such an excellent job trying to get the object in the center!

Family!!

Noah's oldest brother (Jaben and Rachael) came this weekend from Illinois with his family. Their oldest is Ethan's age and her name is Eliana...so we call them E squared...how cute is this picture!! They had their chain because they were going to catch some cats. By the end of their first day together they were calling each other best friends...I love it!!

Here is their second child...Dylan...he's Emilie's age.

The other week we finally made it to see baby Seth. Ethan really wanted to hold Seth. He thought he was so cute...and of course, he is!!

My Kids Will Sleep Anywhere

I opened my bedroom door (it was supposed to be bedtime) and this is who I found right outside our door.

Emilie fell alseep today on floor waiting for me...it wasn't even nap time!

Rocky River Vineyard

A couple of weeks ago we went to a wedding in Midland. There's a vineyard that's been there for a while but they started doing weddings there. It was absolutely beautiful...and of course...their wines were awesome.

I don't know where she comes up with this stuff?! I guess she got bored waiting for me to come upstairs and decided to entertain herself by taking her clothes off and wrapping it around her leg.

Emilie's 1st Birthday

And of course, Emilie had an ear and sinus infection! I think she cried her whole party...which is not like her.

Her aunt Hosanna made this beautiful cake from scratch. You have to look closely, right under the flowers is a princess crown.

I couldn't resist buying these decorations for her high chair...

Hope I Don't Offend...

My parents were here Friday and, of course, Papa and Ethan were being silly...and this was the result. It was too funny not to post!! :) I hope no one is offended. In case you can't tell those things attached to their shirts are bobbers that you fish with.

I'm Back...

I know, I know. It's been a while! Well, I've been getting so many comments, especially from family wanting to see updated pictures of the kids. So here are some. I know I've said it before but I'm going to try to keep pictures updated. Our life has been so crazy that I haven't had time to even think. Hopefully I will have some pictures coming of me on the tractor!!

Ethan thought it would be fun to put Emilie in the clothes basket. He somehow put her in there himself. Of course, she thought it was great!

My Big Babies

It's part of our bedtime routine to read Ethan a story. Well, the other night Noah read Ethan his story and he thought I was coming upstairs...so they were waiting for me. While they were waiting they both fell asleep. They were too cute for me not to take a picture of them.

Ethan was playing in his room today...pretending he was asleep. Well, he really did fall asleep. He's gonna love this picture when he gets older!!!

Partay Time

Last Saturday we went to a birthday party for C.J. and Avery Blackburn. We were there for 2 hours and Ethan fished for the last hour. They had hay rides and food and he was only interested in fishing. All the kids that came dressed up...Ethan came as Noah.

Emilie came as a little monkey...or chunky monkey...whatever.
